I ask detailed questions regarding your medical and fertility history, as well as your typical eating patterns. This is the time when I really get to know you and start to understand how I can best to support you.

Follow up sessions are shorter and are times when we continue to dig deeper into your lifestyle habits, and I’ll continue to track your eating patterns. I’ll meet with you to provide support, as well as help you troubleshoot any issues you’ve encountered. For clients who can’t meet in person, I am happy to meet virtually or via phone.
